Greeting everyone
My name is amal alsubki.i am full time student. i have been in instructional technology program for more than one year and i learned a lot about design and use internet tools . Also, i really enjoy every thing that i have took so far. i want to share some thing great that will hapen very soon i will become a mother as a first time after one week from now.
In order to Plan and development of online learning we need to understand the meaning and
the benefit of using e learning and who are the target that we should focus on in this course.
I would like to share my online experience with you. First of all It is not easy for me to create an on line class because I never taught a real class in my life but so far I took many online class and I still want to learn more about this technology to practice that in the future .in general E learning technology is go around using computer and internet together ( main tools )at the same time in order to share document , information with many people around the world. In these classes I found the teachers and students have to put a lot of effort to makes the class useful as much as they can. That mean the teacher s have to create an easy and step by step content to make their class easy to their student and get there feedback very quick without facing any problem. In another hand, the displacement method, tools and communication (Student-content, Student-instructor and Student-Student) are the important element in any e learning classes. So I will talk about doctor Newberry’s class in his course ETEC 676 that I took with him which was hyper online class as a topic in this assignment .
In fact the way that doctor Newberry present his course was simple and unique. He was put all the data and question that related to the course in the blackboard some time he was display his lecture by video, podcast and text .Also the way of communication was through e-mail ,Skype ,blackboard , blog and make an appointment with him.
In another hand I learned how I can log in to the blackboard and meat doctor Newberry through the Skype as a method of learning. I found that on line classes is a good way of communication so the teacher can track his student work all the time and give him a quick feedback. Also student can contact with each other easily
As one of the requirement in that class doctor Newberry ask us to create an online class I decided to make apart of online class and teach imaginary student what doctor Newberry taught us in that class and how .In that course I learned a new technology things that I want to make all my student to learn how to make blogs .in this class I put all my knowledge to deliver my online course so that I can make it easy for my student in this class.
My job was in that class delivery of eLearning resources is establishing an easy content to deliver the course to my student without having any problem . The course was design and creates a new tools which is blog. I decided to teach this topic because learning blogs is so useful for any learner or any person because this new technology tools student can saved and share their photo ,document, and everything thing that student like to show to other . Also, In that course I collected several good quality video links that is available in the internet that match my need in this course .even more i create PowerPoint for my student which was step by step power point that may help them to understand more about how to do blog.

In this course the student i decided to teach was freshmen student who has little back ground about using computer
The goal for that class
Make them create their own blog and try to develop it .
Master there on line skills and try to manage their own idea about the topic .
asking and send e mail to his teacher if they don’t understand any step.
Share there knowledge with every one.
This is a new idea of on line class i would like to know more it and to create in this class
Knowledge management . In this course the student will share the data about the topic that the teacher are giving to them and navigate about the course. And get feedback from many people
